Magenhouse is a multi-family office based in Vienna. It started as the family office of Eduard Pomeranz, the founder of the bank-independent asset manager FTC Capital<\/b><\/a>. Together with FTC Capital, Magenhouse also provides a wide range of services to other wealthy families and their companies including the strategic structuring of complex assets<\/a>, portfolio management<\/a>, advisory services<\/a><\/strong> including monitoring of financial service providers and comprehensive business consulting<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Beyond that, Magenhouse manages the Pomeranz Collection<\/b><\/a>, a leading private collection of international contemporary art in Central Europe. We offer our expertise in this field to our clients – for example, when it comes to investing in art as an asset class or building up a collection.<\/p>\n

FTC was founded in 1995 as a boutique asset manager with a focus on alternative investments<\/strong>. Today FTC is an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM)<\/strong>, regulated by the Austrian Financial Authority (FMA) and is licensed to manage funds as well as financial assets for individual clients. Magenhouse GmbH<\/strong> is a subsidiary of FTC Capital and was founded in 2005.
